October 1
- we reviewed french days of the week
- introduction of french greetings (bienvenue, salut, bonjour, je'mapelle)
- learned to tell time to the hour and made personal clocks
- typed our personal narratives
- wrote a reflection about residential schools and the importance of culture
Today Oct. 2:
- told time to the hour and half hour
- studied city of ember
- worked on geometry art
- learned about all the different uses of the comma
- learned about pulleys, and built pulleys out of different materials including metal clips and rope
At home practice - spelling and ordering days of the week in french. Review french greetings.
